Job summary

Radiant is seeking a senior design engineer to set and maintain the data center design standard across electrical, mechanical, civil and BIM for live projects. In the early stages, you’ll contribute hands-on engineering and actively review consultant packages.

You’llEngage in workshops with EPCs and consultants to resolve RFIs, push for high-quality technical output, and help build the team as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on design experience in electrical or mechanical engineering for data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Comfort producing or heavily marking up design output yourself, not just directing others.
• Working knowledge of high-density GPU cooling (air and liquid) and power distribution/redundancy topologies.
• Experience designing for European and US markets and codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain electrical, mechanical, civil and BIM design standards for live projects.
• Review design packages from consultants and contractors and provide markup directly.
• Engage in design workshops with EPCs and consultants to resolve RFIs and ensure technical clarity.
