• 5+ years of data analytics experience with measurable impact.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse (GCP or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT and ability to coach others.
• Experience partnering with business teams to translate needs into analytic solutions.
• Experience mentoring analysts; insurance industry experience is a plus.
