Global Insurance Provider in London is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst or Pricing Lead to influence pricing decisions and profitability through advanced risk pricing models. This hybrid role requires strong analytics and collaboration with the market pricing team.

The position offers a salary up to £60,000 for Senior Analysts and up to £75,000 for Pricing Leads, plus private medical cover, life assurance, income protection, 24 days holiday (plus birthday off), and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in general insurance pricing, ideally personal lines.
• Strong analytical skills with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Building and improving risk pricing models using GLMs and more advanced machine learning techniques.
• Driving R&D and feature engineering to raise model sophistication.
• Monitoring expected loss ratios, risk mix and pricing assumptions, and turning findings into actionable insight for the market pricing team.
• Helping shape processes and documentation that keep pricing outputs accurate and transparent.
