A leading care group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst located in Leeds. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, create advanced Power BI dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making within the organisation. The role requires advanced Power BI skills and substantial experience in data analytics. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in data analytics or BI roles.
• Solid understanding of ETL pipelines and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Creating advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Designing and maintaining ETL processes and scalable data models.

Skills

Advanced Power BI skills (including DAX, Power Query)

Strong SQL experience

Data warehousing experience

Understanding of ETL pipelines

Knowledge of Python or R

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
