Are you an accomplished Lead Data Analyst ready to make a significant impact? Join our Body Chassis Engineering (BCE) team and be part of the Data Analytics Chapter. We empower engineers to make data-driven decisions by providing accessible, reliable data and delivering insightful analytics. Support improvements to Vehicle features and systems, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand key questions, identify problems solvable via analytics, machine learning, or automation. Lead the development of new methods, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

What to Expect

• Understand data requirements and problem scope of stakeholders
• Use statistical techniques to deliver robust results and communicate insights
• Create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau
• Ensure customer privacy at all stages
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical capability development
• Work within the Agile framework
• Support coaching and development within the team

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Analysis, or Science, preferably in Automotive Engineering
• Practical skills in SQL or Python, knowledge of GCP or AWS
• Ability to structure, analyze, and interpret data
• Understanding of data visualization principles and tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
