Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire

Rate: £33.88ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £25.26ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (31/3/2026)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Job Description:

The Data Analyst role is within Creative, reporting to the Data Excellence and Compliance Manager in the Business Planning and Transformation Team. The role involves designing, analyzing, and maintaining diverse data inputs and outputs using various tools, with a focus on creative visualisation techniques to engage the Creative chapter.

The individual will develop data input methods, automate data processes with Stakeholders via PowerApps and other tools, and support the development of PowerApps for stakeholders needing technical assistance. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining analytics, identifying trends, validating data, and creating visual reports with tools like Tableau.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  1. Transform information into visualisations using PowerApps and Tableau.
  2. Develop data input, automation, and management processes across Creative.
  3. Utilise multiple data sources for decision-making, trend analysis, and forecasting.
  4. Prepare and present reports to Stakeholders and Managers.
  5. Monitor data quality across Creative.
  6. Collaborate with teams to identify and improve inefficiencies using data tools.
  7. Perform other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience with Data Analysis tools such as Tableau and Tableau Preparation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Competent in Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:

This role is INSIDE IR35.
