DXC continues to significantly expand our SAP business in the UK and Europe and is looking for SAP Data Consultants and leaders to join our team.

You should be actively involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal, from initial sales engagement to supporting delivery colleagues with your subject matter expertise.

This role offers the opportunity to work across several accounts in the UK and Europe, spanning multiple industries.

We operate as a virtual-first company, so you will be based at home with minimal travel.

Due to account requirements, SC Security Clearance is necessary. You must be a UK National who has lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years. Currently, we cannot consider dual nationals.

The Role

Opportunity Analysis

• Understand client context and requirements (pre-RfP, RfP, Proposal, post RfP)
• Validate opportunities by analyzing business challenges, current technology architecture, scope of work, and alignment with DXC’s capabilities and strategy

Solution Design and Development

• As a SAP Data Consultant, advise, design, and implement SAP data solutions on the SAP platform
• Develop solutions including S/4HANA greenfield implementations, rollouts, conversions, and Next Generation SAP Application Management Services
• Help clients make data-driven decisions to improve business performance
• Collaborate with Technical, Enterprise, and Solution Architects to assess and validate requirements related to data quality, ownership, and readiness (Profiling, Cleansing, Conversion/Replication)
• Differentiate our offerings through quality, cost, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Share best practices, manage solution scope, costs, and risk mitigation plans
• Define detailed solution elements: scope of services, target data model, delivery model & staffing, risk management

Solution/Project Delivery

• Deliver solutions (S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, conversions) as a SAP Data Lead or Program Manager
• Participate in SAP upgrade, implementation, and rollout projects as a data lead
• Work within an international environment
• Provide SAP process guidance and expertise to clients
• Conduct requirements analysis, blueprinting, and explore sessions, promoting SAP best practices
• Develop and test configurations and customizations in collaboration with the development team
• Build and maintain client relationships and trust

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation/rollout/support experience
• Knowledge of SAP business processes, data modeling, or data governance
• Recent experience with S/4HANA implementations, system conversions, or landscape transformations
• Understanding of data's role in S/4HANA, including AI roadmap
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
• Experience with SAP data applications (e.g., SAP MDG/UI, SAP WebDynpro, SAP PI)
• Business and IT experience in SAP application implementation and operation
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, capable of planning work independently
• Proven consultative solution-building and delivery experience
• Project/program management experience
• S/4HANA or other SAP Solution certifications are advantageous
