Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead D365 Developer to drive D365 and Power Platform delivery within public sector projects. You will mentor teams, shape solution design, and ensure architectures align with government standards.

The role requires strong Dynamics 365/CRM development, C#, JavaScript, PowerFX, and Azure DevOps expertise, with delivery leadership across distributed teams and a focus on secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Leadership of D365/Power Platform development teams or workstreams.
• Strong solution design and technical architecture background.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for D365 and Power Platform development efforts.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, analysts and testers to ensure quality solutions.
• Oversee solution design, architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote best practices.
