Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Development experience involving JavaScript customisations.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience delivering Dynamics solutions from concept through deployment.
• Comfortable with low-code and configuration-led solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Acting as the primary technical expert for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Designing and delivering tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft low-code technologies.
• Enhancing existing applications, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Providing ongoing system optimisation, support, and governance.
• Working with internal product and development teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Converting business needs into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Supporting the continued development of Customer Insights capabilities.
• Contributing to future Microsoft technology projects and integrations.
• Driving digital transformation through Microsoft technologies.
