Nationwide Group is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Content Lead for Business Banking. You will lead a team delivering personalised communications across channels, ensuring clarity, relevance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, insight-driven decision making and a passion for customer experience. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, partnering with brand, product, data, technology and risk teams to shape strategies and governance while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading the planning, development and delivery of data driven customer communications for business customers.
• Strong people management, coaching and development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering communications rooted in customer insight and business objectives.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality assurance and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of communications specialists to design, develop and deliver customer communications across email, direct mail, push notifications and other channels.
• Shape and govern customer communication strategies across marketing and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through insight, performance analysis and experimentation.
• Ensure governance, approvals and alignment with brand, regulatory standards and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, Data, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
