Job summary

TIC Health is seeking an experienced HCPC Registered Radiographer with CT and MRI expertise to lead the daily clinical operations of a TIC Health branch in the UK.

You will work autonomously, delivering high-quality CT/MRI imaging, ensuring patient care, image quality, safety, and efficient service delivery. Join a growing diagnostic network committed to accessible, high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• HCPC Registered Radiographer with CT and MRI experience.
• Excellent clinical judgement and ability to take ownership of day-to-day running.
• Proactive in maintaining patient safety and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day clinical running of a TIC Health branch.
• Perform CT and MRI examinations in accordance with local protocols, policies and legislation.
• Maintain consistently high standards of image quality and patient care, safety and operational efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and support team to maintain throughput and minimise delays.
• Complete and document daily QA/QC checks on imaging equipment and related clinical equipment.
• Ensure the branch is clinically and operationally ready at the start of each day.
• Identify and escalate equipment faults, image quality concerns, and potential service disruptions.
• Ensure examinations are performed safely and in accordance with IR(ME)R, MRI safety and TIC Health policies.
• Support appropriate patient preparation, safety screening and clinical assessment prior to imaging.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient and examination documentation.
• Support and guide Radiographers, HCAs and branch team.
• Promote a positive safety culture and report incidents and concerns via governance processes.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention, patient dignity and confidentiality.
