Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to appoint a Lead Risk Reporting Analyst. You will own key risk reporting processes, steer the team’s reporting landscape, and guide junior analysts while shaping the migration to modern data and visualisation tools.

Key duties include delivering risk reports, enhancing processes, supporting tool migrations, and mentoring analysts. Strong Power BI and SQL skills, plus IFRS 9 knowledge, are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk analytics or reporting within financial services.
• Strong ability to develop and present risk dashboards and reports.
• Proficient in Power BI with dashboard development and visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular risk reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes and visualisations.
• Support migration to modern reporting and analytical tools.
• Mentor junior analysts within the team.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and outputs.
