Job summary

Frasers Group Financial Services is seeking a credit risk analyst to support reporting and analysis within credit risk. You will work with data, produce meaningful management information, and support decision-making across the business.

The role offers exposure to governance reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven results, experience with SQL and Power BI, and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Someone with a passion for delivering results through the effective use and evaluation of data
• SQL experience preferable
• Experience in Power BI, reporting tools and data visualisation advantageous
• Mathematical/statistical background (or other discipline with high analytical content)
• Ability to communicate complex, technical results to a non-technical audience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, investigate trends and solve problems
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage regular deadlines
• A proactive and methodical approach to tasks
• Motivation to develop new skills and grow within a reporting and analysis role

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and aligning department metrics and measures
• Liaising with metric owners, querying inconsistencies or anomalies to ensure accuracy
• Producing and checking regular governance reporting to support lending, operational and business performance monitoring
• Updating reporting trackers and Power BI dashboards, while checking and reconciling data
• Supporting governance, controls and continuous improvement across reporting processes
• Assisting with governance packs, templates, meeting materials and action tracking
• Supporting reporting controls, records and documentation to ensure outputs are complete and accurate
• Building effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Working with teams to gather information for regular reporting
• Helping to maintain effective working relationships across the wider business
