Physical Security Intelligence and Incident Manager

This is a global role responsible for supporting and managing a team of PSOC operatives to protect our organization's people, property, information, and reputation. The role involves monitoring and responding to information and alerts from intelligence sources and security systems, ensuring timely and accurate tactical intelligence and crisis management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess impact to employees, assets, operations, and reputation.
- Provide intelligence and security briefings to management.
- Coordinate with IMT during incidents.
- Produce and disseminate intelligence reports throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support information dissemination during incidents affecting the client.
- Support emergency communications when necessary.
Additional Duties
- Monitor current intelligence to identify risks and threats.
- Assist in producing intelligence reports with the team.
- Provide assessments from risk providers and open-source sources.
- Monitor security incidents and strategic trends globally.
- Analyze complex security data and produce reports.
- Maintain communication with internal clients.
Travel and Event Security
- Oversee travel risk management and security assessments.
- Monitor international risks and issue alerts.
- Support travelers and liaise with third-party providers.
- Monitor and report during global events.
- Coordinate with on-site security for risk intelligence.
Physical Security Operations
- Follow operational instructions and SOPs.
- Support site security operations and investigations.
Person Specification
Essential
- Experience managing SOC/GSOC teams or relevant qualifications.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in producing intelligence and incident reports.
- GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
- Full 5-year employment/academic history.
Desirable
- Bilingual skills and experience with intelligence systems.
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws.
