You'll lead end-to-end business analysis, collaborate closely with stakeholders across risk, technology, and operations, and help design and deliver innovative solutions and models to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.

What you'll do:

• Lead business analysis for risk management systems and process change
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise requirements
• Support design and implementation of risk models and reporting tools
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements
