Join a leading investment bank as a Lead IT Risk Business Analyst in London. Sitting within the Risk IT function, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of credit or market risk technology. You'll lead end-to-end business analysis, collaborate closely with stakeholders across risk, technology, and operations, and help design and deliver innovative solutions and models to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.

What you'll do:

  • Lead business analysis for risk management systems and process change
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise requirements
  • Support design and implementation of risk models and reporting tools
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance
  • Translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements
  • Partner with developers, architects, and quants to deliver technology solutions
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technology transformation
What you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in risk change (credit or market) within investment banking
  • Strong understanding of risk data, modelling, and reporting processes
  • Solid experience working within technology teams or IT-led transformation
  • Hands-on with risk systems, data structures, and business intelligence/reporting tools
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
