About the Position

We are seeking a Technology Governance & Risk Specialist to help manage and automate our technology risk management processes and IT governance framework.

This global role involves working within our Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, collaborating with colleagues across Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Controls, and Compliance to ensure systems and processes operate smoothly and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and enhancing technology governance processes related to service management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Scripting and automating solutions for monitoring risk indicators, compliance reporting, and remediation tracking.
• Creating dashboards and metrics to visualize our technology risk posture.
• Partnering with technology teams to ensure compliance with regulations such as SEC, FCA, AFM, SFC, supporting GDPR, and managing regulatory filings.
• Coordinating risk assessments and testing programs like business continuity and application recovery testing.
• Leading projects to address technology risks.
• Developing documentation, policies, and standards aligned with frameworks like ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Preparing management reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Supporting governance meetings and follow-up actions.

About You

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services, with exposure to technology governance, risk, and service management activities such as:
• Aligning with standards like ITIL, NIST, CSF.
• Drafting policies and standards.
• Facilitating BC/DR assessments and testing.
• Responding to due diligence and regulatory inquiries.
• Dependency mapping.
• Experience participating in audits with internal teams, third parties, and regulators.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, SQL) for automation.
• Technical literacy with a good understanding of tech stacks for informed discussions with engineers.
• Self-motivated, able to handle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear language and prepare tailored reports.
• Eager to collaborate across disciplines.
• Fluent in English.
