Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead cost engineering and cost management across high-profile UK capital programmes within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

You will oversee CBS creation, governance, and robust forecasting, delivering critical cost insight to clients and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. This is a senior leadership role focused on improving programme outcomes and investment assurance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Management and Project Controls across large capital programmes.
• Proven track record leading cost management teams and delivering cost engineering services for infrastructure, energy or industrial projects.
• Strong ability to integrate cost with schedule, risk, scope and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of cost engineering solutions across projects, programmes and portfolios.
• Establish CBS, cost baselines and performance measurement frameworks.
• Drive robust forecasting, change control and earned value management processes.
• Provide strategic cost and commercial insight to clients and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support business development and grow Turner & Townsend's Cost Engineering capability.
