Job summary

OEG Energy Group is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead commercial and contractual management across Topside projects and framework agreements. You will review, negotiate and administer client, supplier and subcontract agreements, ensuring risk is managed and profitability maximized throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive contracts management experience in offshore energy services.
• Offshore wind experience preferred; oil and gas service experience essential.
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgement required.
• Legal qualification desirable; otherwise significant practical contracts management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation and administration of client, supplier and subcontract agreements.
• Provide commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle from bid to close-out.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Support tender reviews, pricing assumptions and commercial qualifications.
• Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and dispute avoidance.
• Work closely with Project Managers to maximise project profitability and contractual compliance.
• Support framework agreements and strategic client negotiations.
• Develop commercial governance processes and contract templates.
• Provide expert contractual advice with minimal supervision.
• Build collaborative relationships with project teams, clients and stakeholders.
