Maraen Holdings Limited is seeking a Contract Manager to provide contractual expertise across pre-contract and post-award phases. The role sits within the Commercial team and interfaces with port, fabrication, IRM and access businesses on UK and international energy projects.

The successful candidate will review contracts, identify risk, and support strategies aligned with our governance framework, enabling competitive tenders and robust live project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract review and administration within energy, construction or offshore sectors.
• Experience supporting bid/tender submissions from a contractual perspective.
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC or bespoke EPC/EPCM contract forms.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyse, and mark up contract documents including NDAs, MSAs, NEC contracts, bespoke client terms and subcontract forms.
• Develop structured contract qualifications and commentary for tender submissions.
• Administer live contracts across project portfolio with compliance to change control and obligations.
• Issue and manage contractual notices, early warnings, and compensation event submissions.
• Support post-award commercial reviews and lessons learned for future strategy.
