OEG is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead commercial and contractual management of our Topside projects, ensuring risk is managed and commercial opportunities are maximised. You will review and negotiate client, supplier and subcontract agreements and support the project lifecycle from bid to close-out.

Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Operations, Finance and Legal to drive successful delivery, maximise profitability and maintain strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Extensive contracts management experience in offshore energy services.
• Offshore wind experience preferred; oil and gas service experience essential.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Legal qualification desirable or substantial practical contracts experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Topside Division.

• Liverpool/Grimsby/Lowestoft

Core Purpose

• To lead the commercial and contractual management of OEG's Topside projects and framework agreements, ensuring contractual risk is managed, commercial opportunities are maximised and projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Working closely with Business Development, Project Management, Operations, Finance and Legal to support successful project delivery and long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Lead the review, negotiation and administration of client, supplier and subcontract agreements.
• Provide commercial and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle from bid to close-out.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive contracts management experience within the offshore energy service sector.
• Offshore wind experience preferred; oil and gas service experience essential.
• Strong experience negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
• Legal qualification desirable; otherwise, significant practical contracts management experience.
• Excellent commercial judgement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Business, Engineering or similar preferred.
