Urenco is seeking a Project Quality Manager for the Capenhurst site to lead quality assurance and drive a culture of continuous improvement across complex programmes. You will oversee quality professionals, interface with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory obligations.

The role involves leading audits, managing quality-related documentation, and promoting a Right First Time attitude within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of project management and quality management systems.
• Experience in regulated or quality-critical environments.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality assurance activities across the project and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Quality Engineers.
• Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive performance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Quality Framework and MQMS procedures.
