You will monitor programmes, budgets and safety compliance while leading site teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Requirements include CSCS Management Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

Contract Manager with cladding, façade, remediation or fire safety experience.
Strong knowledge of fire safety remediation, building regulations and legislation.
Experience managing site teams.
Ability to monitor programmes, budgets, quality standards, and health and safety compliance.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to identify, manage and report project risks, programme updates and commercial performance to senior management.
Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
CSCS Management Card, SMSTS, First Aid and Full UK Driving Licence are essential.
