Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Contentious Probate Solicitor in Birmingham for Associate or Senior Associate level. You will join a highly regarded team handling complex, high-value disputes for private clients across the UK and develop your expertise with meaningful work.

You will manage a varied caseload—inheritance act claims, will and probate disputes, trust disputes, and Court of Protection matters—while partnering with experienced specialists and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales with experience in contentious probate.
• Strong case management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload, including Inheritance Act claims and will/estate disputes.
• Engage with private clients across the UK and work with specialist colleagues.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage matters end-to-end.
