Job summary

Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex public sector projects across Healthcare, Blue Light, Higher Education and Local Government. The role is based in London with hybrid working between Fulkers and client offices, and requires security vetting.

You will manage projects from outset to completion, mentor junior staff and support bid activity, governance, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of construction projects from outset to completion.
• Provide senior support and representation on projects as required.
• Mentor junior staff and support resource management and bid activity.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure governance and reporting are up to date.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and HSE requirements.
