The role requires a proven track record in residential housebuilding, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to drive performance while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in residential housebuilding.
• Experience managing timber frame construction.
• Experience on fast-paced, high-volume residential developments.
• Strong leadership with subcontractors and site performance.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and NHBC standards.
• Ability to manage build programmes, maintain quality and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day construction programme to meet deadlines.
• Ensure site health and safety compliance with regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and site teams for productivity and quality.
• Oversee timber frame residential construction.
• Monitor build quality and ensure specifications.
• Coordinate site activities and resolve issues.
