Techrete is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of architectural precast cladding projects from design to handover. You will manage cross-functional teams from design, surveying and construction, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.

The role is based on-site in London, with a permanent, full-time contract and reporting to the department head. An opportunity to drive improvements and collaborate with clients and contractors is offered.

Qualifications

• Related engineering/construction/architecture degree.
• 5+ years’ project management experience.
• 3D modelling for coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources to achieve targets.
• Overseeing a portfolio of projects and maintaining client communications.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Managing risks and reporting progress to senior management.
