Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cladding remediation contracts. You will oversee delivery to time, budget and quality, manage staff and subcontractors, and liaise with commercial, design, and H&S teams to ensure project success.

You will coordinate site resources, manage client relationships and maintain compliant records while delivering multi-million-pound projects across London and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• CSCS card and SMSTS safety training.
• Experience with asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates.
• EWI/cladding experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage GANTT charts and track financial information.
• DBS check where required for projects.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; capable with Word, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plan and budget with Commercial, Design & Quality, and H&S teams.
• Line manage site managers and supervise staff and subcontractors.
• Deliver project within time, budget and quality targets.
• Coach and develop staff within the remit; monitor performance via objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, funders and stakeholders and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate labour/materials and liaise with procurement for timely orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate QC/QA records and ensure compliance with regulations and processes.
• Lead site meetings and communicate project requirements to staff and subcontractors.
