Creagh Concrete Products Ltd. is seeking a senior engineer to lead the technical engineering department on our large precast projects, building strong partnerships with clients and delivering safe design solutions.

You will manage design staff and external engineering services, drive BIM and 3D modelling development, and mentor technical teams to meet deadlines across prestigious building contracts.

Formación

• 3+ years technical management experience in a busy design office within the construction/precast industry.
• Degree level in Civil/Structural Engineering would be advantageous although not essential.
• Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and BIM knowledge essential.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills, leadership skills and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operation of the technical engineering department on large precast contracts.
• Oversee design staff and external engineering services critical paths to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales, technical, manufacturing and construction teams.
• Develop BIM and 3D modelling software and continue staff development.
