Job summary

Facades Talent Group are working with an established and growing façade contractor recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join their team in the United Kingdom.

This role focuses on on-site management of façade projects, including rainscreen, curtain walling and re-cladding, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers, maintain records and uphold health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in façade, cladding or building envelope environments.
• SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS and First Aid qualifications advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site activities.
• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitoring progress against the project programme.
• Ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics.
• Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining safety on site.
• Attending site meetings and providing progress updates.
• Managing subcontractor performance and productivity.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues.
• Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation.
