Qualifications

• Experience delivering Major Civils projects.
• Experience in a Construction Manager role or similar.
• HNC / HND or NVQ Level 5 (or Degree).
• Excellent stakeholder management and client/subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of project teams during the construction and installation.
• Coordinate constructability input during solutions identification and development phase.
• Allocation of construction staff to projects based on experience, skills and knowledge.
• Liaises with Project Managers to ensure the resource pool matches projected workload.
• Overall management of construction resources including Labour, Plant and Materials.
• Performance management of subcontractors and ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Oversee duties of the Principal Contractor in line with CDM Regulations.
• Interface with functional leaders to handover to the client.
