Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking a Construction Manager for a major airport infrastructure project in Glasgow. The role is based on site and duties include managing heavy civils works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards on a complex runway/terminal program.

Experience with Tier 1 contractors and aviation projects is highly regarded. The position is Inside IR35 and located in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy civils on major infra projects.
• Background with Tier 1 main contractors.
• Proven on-site and subcontractor management.
• Experience delivering major infra work packages.
• Excellent health, safety and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, RAMS and temporary works.
• Airport/aviation project experience is advantageous.
• Relevant civil engineering or construction qualifications.
