Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking a Construction Manager for a major airport infrastructure project in Glasgow. The role is based on site and duties include managing heavy civils works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards on a complex runway/terminal program.

Experience with Tier 1 contractors and aviation projects is highly regarded. The position is Inside IR35 and located in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heavy civils on major infra projects.

• Proven on-site and subcontractor management.
• Experience delivering major infra work packages.
• Excellent health, safety and quality standards.

Construction Manager | Airport Project | Glasgow | Inside IR35

An experienced Construction Manager is required to join a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a major airport infrastructure project in Glasgow.

We are looking for someone with a strong background delivering heavy civil engineering works on major infrastructure projects, ideally within aviation or another complex operational environment.

Key requirements:

• Construction Manager experience on heavy civils projects
• Tier 1 main contractor background
• Strong site and subcontractor management experience
• Experience delivering major infrastructure work packages
• Excellent health, safety and quality standards
