Job summary

Venesky-Brown is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Construction Manager to lead nightshift civils delivery on a major infrastructure project at Glasgow Airport. The successful candidate will own sections of work and supervise engineers and site teams.

Applicants should have SSSTS or SMSTS, Gold CSCS and First Aid, and be available for night shifts through January 2027, with ability to meet airport vetting requirements. Airport experience is advantageous but not essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in major civils, groundworks and concrete construction, who have previously taken ownership of sections of work and managed engineers and site teams.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Site Agent, Sub Agent or Construction Manager experience.
• Strong civils and concrete delivery background.
• Experience leading engineers and operational teams.
• Ability to manage programme, quality, safety and shift delivery.
• SSSTS or SMSTS, Gold CSCS and First Aid.
• Availability for nightshift work through January 2027.
• Ability to satisfy airport security and vetting requirements.

Airport experience is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced civils professionals across highways, rail, water and major infrastructure projects.
