Job summary

KONE México is seeking a Construction Manager to lead lifts modernisation and installation projects across Yorkshire or the North West. You will oversee start-up, planning, resourcing and subcontractor management, while maintaining clear client communication and ensuring safety standards on site.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, experience in construction or engineering sectors, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects in lift/industrial sectors.
• Strong safety knowledge and compliance.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder interfaces and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to customer and Maintenance.
• Oversee start-up, reviews, reporting, and planning of resources.
• Lead installation teams and subcontractors; ensure sufficient resources and motivation.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Own project financials including cash flow and change orders.
