Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience supporting engineering projects within highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of engineering processes and configuration management principles.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse technical information and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of configuration management processes across a large engineering programme.
• Act as a key technical point of contact for engineering teams on configuration management matters.
• Coordinate stakeholders to progress design changes, technical interfaces, open points and configuration activities.
• Monitor and steer end-to-end configuration management processes.
• Support design handovers while maintaining robust configuration control.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data-driven approaches to managing engineering configuration.
• Analyse technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Build strong working relationships across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
