Job summary

You will provide expert clinical support, drive evidence-based care, and mentor staff to ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with community experience.
• Current NMC registration.
• Mentorship Training qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound and pressure care management and act as expert resource for community staff.
• Lead referrals and assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using advanced knowledge in tissue viability.
• Provide information and advice to healthcare professionals about tissue viability and offer education and training on tissue viability to staff.
