Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Wokingham is seeking a Community Clinical Wound Care Nurse with strong tissue viability expertise. You will lead wound and pressure care management, act as an expert resource for local staff and ensure delivery of evidence-based care in the Community Nursing Team.

With current NMC registration and Mentorship Training, you will develop staff education, coordinate referrals, and drive quality improvements while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with community experience and current NMC registration.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to participate in further training and development.
