Job summary

EAST LONDON NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking a Community Nursing Team Lead to drive improvements and lead two caseloads, supervising the aligned staff at Twinwoods Resource Centre, Bedfordshire. You will coach and develop teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and collaborate with clinicians on complex patient reviews.

You must hold the DNSPQ qualification or be working towards it, and you must be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
