Job summary

NHS Bedfordshire Community Health Services seeks a Community Nurse Caseload Holder/Qualified District Nurse to lead the Community Nursing Team in the North Bedford Locality. You will coach staff, drive improvements and support multidisciplinary colleagues while delivering high-quality patient care, with travel across sites and access to a car.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing induction plans for new staff, support urgent response care, and contribute to the virtual ward,

We are seeking a Community Nurse Caseload Holder/Qualified District Nurse to work within the North Bedford Locality. You will be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking an Induction Nurse/Qualified District Nurse to work within the Bedford Locality. You will be a strong, supportive leader, focused on carrying out effective induction plans for new members of staff starting in post with the Community Nursing Team, based at Twinwoods health Resource Centre, North Bedford. Providing real improvements in outcomes for patients and will be confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services. You will be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have Community Nursing experience., You will take pride in your work and be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change. Being a collaborative worker and the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders is essential. You will be supporting the delivery of urgent response care and virtual ward as part of this role. Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post and hold a driving licence and have access to a car.,
