Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a District Nurse Caseload Holder at Band 6 in Bedford. This part-time permanent post supports leadership within the Community Nursing Team, with emphasis on coaching staff, improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality services.

You will work across Bedford Locality with travel to various sites and must have community nursing experience. The role requires strong communication, IT literacies, driving licence and a proactive approach to change

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current UK registration.
• Evidence-based practice and up-to-date clinical skills.
• Experience in community nursing and caseload management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop community nursing teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Support induction plans for new staff joining the Community Nursing Team.
• Contribute to urgent response care and the virtual ward delivery.
• Travel to different sites as required.
