Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in Havering area seeks a Band 7 Clinical Lead to oversee community health care within the CHCS team across multiple sites. You will drive high-quality, evidence-based patient care and lead clinical activities in partnership with other professionals.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration and Part 1 registration.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites and drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care within CHCS across Havering.
• Liaise with GPs and other professionals and agencies.
• Supervise District Nurse and provide teaching and support.
• Work weekends and bank holidays as required.
