• Diploma in psycho-social interventions or equivalent post-registration qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Take lead professional responsibility for a caseload of service users.
• Carry out initial assessments for clients referred to the service.
• Support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions for severe mental health issues.
• Support service users in their personal recovery.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
