Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Mental Health Practitioners for the Elmbridge Neighbourhood Mental Health Team within the Brief Interventions pathway. You will deliver assessments and a range of interventions, supporting recovery journeys in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires driving to community-based visits; there are opportunities to enhance skills in low-intensity psychological interventions while working in a progressive all-age neighbourhood team.

Competenze

• 2 years post-qualification experience with individuals with mental health needs
• Able to supervise others is desirable
• Able to co-facilitate group work is desirable
• Experience in community mental health settings is desirable

Mansioni

• Take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users within a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct initial assessments for clients referred to the service
• Support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community
• Engage in training opportunities to enhance delivery of low-intensity psychological interventions
