Job summary

Sustainable Talent LTD seeks an experienced Lead Commissioning Engineer to own MV and LV commissioning activities on site in North Wales. The role involves energisation, testing, and close collaboration with the client, project team, and stakeholders throughout energisation and testing phases.

Key responsibilities include MV switchgear energisation, protection and control relay commissioning, and hands-on leadership to ensure successful commissioning across the project.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MV/LV commissioning on site.
• Ability to coordinate with client and stakeholders throughout energisation and testing phases.
• Hands-on leadership for commissioning activities while remaining technically engaged.

Responsibilities

• Lead MV and LV commissioning activities on site.
• Coordinate protection & control relay commissioning and testing.
• Utilise industry-standard relay testing equipment to validate systems.
• Verify electrical and mechanical interlocking and post-energisation testing.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform functional testing to validate performance.
