Job summary

Zenobē Energy Limited is seeking a skilled commissioning lead to drive on-site and off-site commissioning activities for energy storage systems and EV charging projects. You will manage SW configuration, firmware validation, authentication and CMS integration, while defining acceptance criteria for each project before handover.

You will lead a small technical team, develop repeatable commissioning processes, and ensure CMS-related testing is well scoped within contractor work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on commissioning experience with EV charging or energy storage systems.
• Experience defining a commissioning process and integrating it into contractor SOWs.
• Led a small technical team and managed performance during change.
• Able to define in writing what other teams owe yours before work can start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team in on-site and off-site commissioning activities including SW configuration, firmware validation, authentication, CMS integration, testing and commissioning.
• Define and own exit and acceptance criteria for every project before commissioning starts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce on-site risk through pre-assembly and testing; define testing protocol and quality standards.
• Develop the SOW commissioning scope inputs for procurement and ensure deliverables meet contractual standards.
• Define document repository specifications and ensure contractors understand contractual deliverables.
• Track first-time commissioning completion rates and use data to improve processes and SOW scope.
• Own the commissioning function's CMS role and ensure CMS integration testing is within contractor scope.
