Responsibilities

• Drive your commercial sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity.
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building rapport.
• Handle enquiry management, motivate the team to convert prospects into customers.
• Work under pressure, set targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Address shortfalls with the team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback on performance and coaching.
