Lithia UK is seeking a CV Business Manager for Evans Halshaw Ford Darlington to drive Finance and Insurance opportunities while delivering exceptional customer relationships and a 5-star CSI. You will lead a commercial sales team, set targets, coach performance, and win new business through outstanding leadership and negotiation.
The role offers a base salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company car, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday.
Qualificações
- Professional acumen and outstanding work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with finance and insurance opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Drive the commercial sales team to maximise Finance and Insurance opportunities.
- Establish customer needs and build rapport to retain the brand.
- Manage enquiries and coach the team to convert prospects to customers.
- Work under pressure, set targets and monitor performance against budget.
- Address shortfalls with the team and Sales Manager.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to develop team capability.
