Lithia UK is seeking a CV Business Manager for Evans Halshaw Ford Darlington to drive Finance and Insurance opportunities while delivering exceptional customer relationships and a 5-star CSI. You will lead a commercial sales team, set targets, coach performance, and win new business through outstanding leadership and negotiation.

The role offers a base salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company car, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the commercial sales team to maximise Finance and Insurance opportunities.
• Establish customer needs and build rapport to retain the brand.
• Manage enquiries and coach the team to convert prospects to customers.
• Work under pressure, set targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Address shortfalls with the team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to develop team capability.

As a Commercial Vehicles Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

What does the CV Business Manager role involve?

• Driving your commercial sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
