Job summary

Cazoo in Richmond, London is seeking a Senior Commercial Data Analyst to drive decision intelligence across Commercial, Account Management and Finance. You will own the analytical agenda, develop predictive models, and translate data into actionable insights that help win and retain dealer partners and improve revenue forecasting.

Using Databricks, dbt and Power BI, you’ll build segmentation, churn and CLV models, mentor a junior analyst, and collaborate with Finance and Sales to deliver clear,

Qualifications

• Senior Data Analyst with a proven record in a commercial, B2B or marketplace setting.
• Demonstrated churn propensity modelling, ARPA/revenue performance, and lead quality analysis.
• Expert SQL and Power BI skills for self-service dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience mentoring other analysts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical agenda for Commercial, Account Management and Finance.
• Build churn propensity and CLV models to enable proactive intervention.
• Deliver B2B segmentation and benchmarking of Cost Per Lead, Days to Sell, listing performance.
• Ensure a single trusted data source with the wider Analytics CoE.
• Line-manage the Commercial Data Analyst and set objectives.
• Translate insights into action and compelling narratives for stakeholders.
