Trading Post Coffee Roasters in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Coffee House alongside the General Manager. You will drive exceptional hospitality, coach your team, and uphold high standards across service, safety and presentation.

You’ll recruit, onboard and develop new team members, build strong customer relationships and help hit sales, labour and profitability targets. This role offers real leadership development and clear opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Enjoy developing and supporting people.
• Calm under pressure with strong decision making.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to progress into General Manager.
